Adjustable caster recommendations?

I want to put retractable casters on a heavy work table. The cheapest casters I can find that are foot operated are here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08DHLJQMN/?tag=atomicindus08-20. But they look kindof flimsy for a table that, when loaded, will be 500lbs or so.

I have found much heavier retractable casters but they all seem to involve turning an adjustment screw to retract or extend the caster.

Can anyone with retractable caster experience share a recommendation? thanks

Looked at that but all adjustable feet seem to require crouching down and using a wrench. Would prefer the step-on-it design to deploy wheels if anyone makes a solid product that accomplishes that.

I have a similar product https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07X2DSJF4/?tag=atomicindus08-20 on one my my small benches. They work fine on a smooth floor - not so much if you have to go over wide expansion joints. With all the stuff I have on it, it probably weighs over 400lbs, and moves easily.
