Advance Auto- Castrol ATF 2/$8

I saw that Advance Auto Parts had Castrol ATF 2/$8 so I picked up 10 quarts of Dexron VI which was listed on the shelf for $8.19. Hopefully others will find this useful.

wtf? just bought 6 qts. on Monday to do the enclave, and the sign said Castrol was $1 off making it $7-something a quart. picked up Valvoline instead for $6.49...always a day late.

but thanks for posting, maybe i'll head back and get some more for the heck of it...

Great price. I got it last time around for $4 per quart.

It seems AAP does this promotion a 2-3 times per year on the Dex VI.

Winds up being about the same price as the no-name Walmart brand of Dex III.

Amazon usually has havoline Dex 6 for around $40-45 for 12 quarts, plus free shipping.

I know its not Castrol but some AutoZones seem to have really good pricing on the 4 qt jug of Valvoline MaxLife ATF....19.99 per gallon, year 'round so its there if you need it ASAP.

I picked up a bunch of the Castrol stuff the last time this sale ran.....going to change the fluid in my truck soon and put Castrol in its place.
