Expires 11/2

Thanks to dealnews for the info.
Advance Auto Parts cuts $10 off orders of $30 or more, $20 off $50 or more, or $30 off $100 or more via coupon code "ES123." Plus, coupon code "DOW44" takes $50 off orders of $125 or more.

That ES123 code ($20 off $50) is amazing. I've been pounding that for the last couple of weeks for all kinds of small things that I need. The other day, I needed the Irwin bolt out kit for a rounded bolt and Advance had it for $26.99 or so. So instead of buying just the bolt out kit, I bought a ball joint removal tool and a set of punches i order to hit $50 and the whole shebang ended up being just a couple of bucks more than if I had just bought the bolt out kit on its own. So basically, a bunch of stuff free.

If you can put together an order that is $125 or a tad bit higher, say $125-$130, then use the DOW44 for $50 off to hit a final of $75-$80, you also get free shipping. This seems to be the way to maximize your savings during these sales. I've found a handful of Gearwrench items that are already well priced at AAP, with this discount and free shipping it makes it a really good deal.

Free shipping, no tax (is it still no tax in Calif?), plus discount code = Sweet, except for the crazy high starting prices on many items. When its good its great though.

Thanks for posting these. I've wanted a pair of Magnaflow mufflers for a while. Had to order each separate with enough other stuff to get up to $125, but I basically paid for the mufflers and got $90 of stuff I was going to buy anyway for free.

I tried it with a few items that were on sale but it does not seem to be working. It must work for full priced items only?

It should tell you.
For example it say this at the Gearwrench page.
Please note: as this product is already a great deal, it is not eligible for any further promotional discounts, coupons or special offers.

I know some things like oil one can't use the codes for.

Kind of like the Actron code scanner I was eyeing. I can find it $20 cheaper at other sites
