Advance Auto Parts coupons

Got an alert from slick deals that new coupon codes were posted.

$20 off $50 = QK20
$25 off $75 = A124
$30 off $80 = RAF51112
$40 off $100 = TRT41

I grabbed a 12 piece set of Gearwrench metric hex bit sockets plus a couple filler bottles of washer fluid. Combined with a B of A cashback deal it will cost me less than $30 total.

I wish there was a glitch where you could use this on the Gearwrench sale stuff...

Just used the TR41 this past Sunday on a 103.00 order. Hard to beat 40% off.

TRT30 will get you 30% off of $50+ so this might be a better deal if you are sort of in between the dollar amounts. And all you have to do is swap out the codes to see which one gives you the better discount so there is no math involved!

When getting to the min purchase if hand cleaner takes me too far over I'll add cotter pins, they range from .99 - 1.99 and everywhere in between.

If you sign up for speed perks you will get a coupon that can be stacked with these coupons. Some pretty good deals can be had if you manage to combine coupon/amex offer/speed perks.

Didn't work for me. Replaced the TRT41 discount and gave me $20 off, rather than $40. And of course then when I tried to replace that with the TRT41 instead, it logged me out, and didn't want to give me anything. Said not applicable unless signed in as Speed Perks, yet I was. I eventually did something that worked.

Thanks to the OP, was about to buy an alternator when this was posted. Hope it fits what I'm trying to put it on!

if you use a speed perks that brings you below the amount required for a coupon (example you have 105 for a purchase, use a 20 speed perks, brings you to 85) your 40 off coupon may not work since the amount is now below 100.

I tried all sorts of combinations, including adding stuff to be sure I was above it. I have no idea how I eventually got it back to working, but eventually I did. But even well above the threshold, I never could get the SP coupon to work in conjunction with another.

Another thing that affects it. Core charges do not count in the total. So in my case, the $99.99 alternator +$12 core was not enough (I added a $0.29 cotter pin).

The Speedperks System works, however, their general coupons are not entirely useful. In most of my purchases, I've noticed I'm still paying the same price as their competitors' prices after final discounts are taken in checkout.

If my order is below $50, I always use the following coupon in combination with the Speedperks rewards--

RETMENOT20 // Takes 20% off any purchase except for those items which have already been discounted at the max

yeah a core always gets you haha.. sometimes sale items wont count towards a price specific coupon, i've run into that. or oil or things of the like

Today, I was able to get a starter for my wife's Honda Fit with TRT41 and a $5 off Speedperks credit. It came out to be about $30 less than anyone else even with the other guy's coupons.

Having worked at Advance in college, I'm not sure I'd want a starter or alternator from there no matter the cost. The amount of defective ones we saw was unreal. It got to the point that we'd test them before sending the customer out the door with it for the first time.
