Advice About Selling Here

I am new to this forum and want to make sure about the rules. I see people posting items as these snap on tools for sale . I want to be sure it is ok for anyone to post what they have before I do .. Can someone let me know do I just start a new post and is this allowed? I am not a sales person or anything..

My cousin owned a body shop ( they did repair also) for many year until he became ill and recently had to close ... he has tons of this snap on stuff plus much more to sell and I was hoping this might be a good place for him to be able to sell some and also talk to a bunch of guys/girls with like interests.

I have found lots for myself to read about as well ..thanks for any help , CC

PS.. We both live on Long Island NY .. but shipping would be No problem except really big machines ..

Being new if you had some feedback from sales on eBay or other forums would be helpful. Items for sale need a selling price and a photo. Prices with shipping included are appreciated and I would suggest starting off small selling until members get to know you.

Really? The rules say they only have the classifieds as a favor to us and now each of us are going to start a feed back thread? What a waste of band width this is.

I end up on Long Island a lot. I would love to stop by and purchase a few things on the list in my signature line. I'll probably be up there next week.

I think the feedback threads are great and help to know who to deal with...trade with etc. I can name 100 other threads that are more of a "waste of bandwidth" than those.

I just can't imagine that being supported having a thread for each members feed back. There must be a better way. You'd think you could have it on your status or something. Maybe it could be done as a social club or something, seller feedback club. Just seems like a lot of clutter on the forum main reading about how happy so and so is with anothers foam peanuts choice for packing.
