Advice...Do I need to worry

Yesterday, while I was preparing to etch my floor, I accidently spilled some of the mutric acid directly on the floor while pouring it into the water. The result was an instant yellowish bubbling on spot about 6 inches in diameter. I poured water on it and scrubbed trying to weaken the strength. I etched the rest of the room with the diluted acid solution and scrubbed before I pressured wash it. I then went back and poured my baking soda solution on the floor and scrubbed everywhere, paying special attention to the spot. I then pressure washed it again before I let it dry out. Today I pressure washed and then scrubbed the Rustoluem etching solution floor, before I pressure washed it twice. I am planning to let it dry out the rest of the day and tomorrow before putting the Rustoleum epoxy shield down on Tuesday. This is a new slab that was poured 40 days ago inside my garage. My question is do I need to be worried about that spot when it comes to issues with the epoxy paint bonding or anything?

Thank you everyone for your advice and help. If all goes well, tomorrow I will have the floor completed, before moving onto the next item which is electrical.

I had areas on garage floor that looked liked someone stored leaking batteries. Boy were those spots etched!! Can't even see them now with the epoxy applied. Like Scotty said that will probably be the best adhesion of the whole floor. Be sure your slab has enough time to dry before you apply your finish.
