How accessible is the bldg? Can a concrete truck back up & chute right in there or will you need a concrete pump? Looks like 3 yards if a 4" slab so it sounds a little high for my area, but everyone is so busy right now that prices are way high.

To save money I did my vapor barrier, formwork & rebar so ended up with just a finishing crew & paid directly for the concrete, pump & the finishing crew directly to alleviate any cash flow issues.

I personally wouldn't do wood, seems like it wouldn't last but it might be a decent temp solution for you.

Good luck!

Most construction businesses of what you are trying to do are probably very-busy, and lead time is out-there, probably months. For such a small job, you might be best-off trying to get them to give you a 'leftover' load, after they have done a bigger job. Yours is really 'small-potatoes' for them. I expect a pump/hose would be the easiest way to go. You might try to see if the concrete truck has someone who can pump their load for you, after a bigger job.

Since you have some bikes worth saving, you want to have the job done properly. The climate control for the building will be important for vehicle preservation, but that's all a guess, since you don't have what hemisphere you're in under the avatar.

If you decide on concrete make sure you install a vapor barrier under the concrete, even better if you also ad some styrofoam to help isolate the ground temp and moisture from reaching the concrete. (I know you are in a warm climate but I would still do it)
If you install wood or just leave the pea gravel you should still put down a vapor barrier.
