Hey guys. My first post. I'm getting ready to make an offer on a new construction home that is about 80% complete.
The home has a very nice basement garage with tons of space for me to work on my race car and other toys.
Given that the house is still being completed, there are opportunities to customize it some.
I'm in Central Pa, so it is pretty cold in the winter (now). So I want to have the builder put in a heater.
But I have no idea what to get. And, right now, because I'm new in position, I don't have a lot of time to research. My preference would be a ceiling mounted electric heater.
What have some of you done that fits my situation?
