Sorry cant buy on Homedepot, they dont accept payments from non US residents. Looked through Ebay/Amazon/Sears for Lincoln welders they cost far more than 500$.

Everlast and Longevity are made in China. However, they are anything but ****. Excellent inverter welders for a low price. These are the best deals in the market.

Hobart Handler 190 is $674 on Amazon. Little more than you are thinking but from everything I've heard it's a very nice welder.

. . . . . . . . . likely very limited set of possibilities.

Good luck, but hope of 220v for under $500 . . and ship to Ukraine . . . unlikely.

Your choices dependent on what's IN your area . . . . and Used machine.

You are going to have to go the used market, and get lucky at that. Even here in the states, where quality welders are abundant, that is a very tall order to fill. Welders are one place where you really have to pay up front for quality.

Esab or Hobart would be a good choice. Watch out for 3ph on the older larger machines.

Don't forget that buying from the US and shipping to Europe, you have to be mindful that we have 60hz and Europe has 50hz power. Or the other way around... But there is a slight difference.

Guys, Ukraine it is not Mars, I have a warehouse in New Jersey which is my shipping address, then I usually ship heavy tools to Ukraine (I have a hobby of woodworking and bought several heavy tools from Grizzly and Laguna and shipped them to my country for my shop, so shipping is not a problem and will cost me another 100$). Different Sockets, different frequency, different wire is not a problem at all. I work mostly with wood not with metal and just dont need cool welder. I think Clarke EN160/180 is the best choise. Or should I look on Eastwood Mig welder 175? http://www.amazon.com/dp/B003SFJEK6/?tag=atomicindus08-20

With a welder you get what you pay for, duty cycle for one and a bunch more.

Save your money and buy a good box. The more you weld the more you will build.

As your experience increases you will need to have a machine for the bigger jobs.

Also a good machine will shorten the learning curve. My welder, the greatest tool I own.
