He was talking about loud exhausts on a Harley I think.
My bike isn't very loud and I take extra attention not to make noise after about 10 on weekdays and midnight on weekends. However if someone complains about the noise I make mid day pulling out of my drive-way. I just rev it up and keep riding. Personally I am considerate but if you have a problem outside my (very gracious) polite zone, it's your problem not mine.

I think it's funny when you see a guy covering his ears or some old lady mean mugging, or some mother throwing her hands up when you drive by. Your the one getting angry and loosing karma. It doesn't bother me the slightest you don't agree with my noise, it is however LOWER THEN THE LEGAL LIMIT. I just don't like the stupid put put sound of a BMW or the wussy wind up of a power ranger rocket.

i don't like Harley's nor graphic tool boxes but $1200 sound like a great price. did you get it yet?!

edit, just saw you bought it. those two look like they where made to be together lol. I don't hate harleys at all.. Motorcycling to me is about flying through corners. I'm not about 'cruising' or riding highways. I like dirt bikes and sport bikes, not overweight bricks. My friend is really into harleys and he will tell anyone that his bike cant corner for ****

While not quite as fast as a Ducati, this old harley will move through the corners pretty good. When the air shifter is mounted it will take a few sport bikes as well (light to light on the street).

That's a heck of deal you got on that box, looks like same series as my bottom cab which I bought several years ago and I paid considerably more than 1200 lol. Good job:beer:

Are those Brembos up front? Whats the small assembly with the air filter on it, mounted on the down tube?

Yes those are dual Brembos on a Buell inverted fork. Rotors are 320mm one-offs made by Sandy Cosman.

The tube on the left frame down tube is a catch can with breather. The vents from each head are feed into it.

I am building a new fork based on a 43mm inverted legs from a 2007-2008 GSXR-1000. Had to lengthen the fork by three inches, build custom trees, etc. Will end up with a 33" long fork with 108mm radial mount calipers, Galfer lines and Brembo RCs radial master cylinders (front brake and PM hydraulic clutch).
