I'm a total novice on the DIY front but I've been busy learning about some tools that are definitely needed to start off my toolset.
Bosch GSA18V-083B - This is a small ish good quality reciprocator saw. Then there is the Bosch PS60BN which is another small recipricator saw that is smaller than the GSA above and is 10.8/12V.
I've ordered these tools as bare tools so the battery packs and chargers will need to be ordered separately another time. The owners manuals have been downloaded so I know which chargers and battery packs that are needed.
What I'm not sure about at this stage is what variety there is in the lengths of blades that are available for these saws.
I realise that different blades are used depending on the materials being cut whether it be wood, copper pipe, plastic or metal etc....
One name that has cropped up is "daredevil"
It would be appreciated if some of the more advanced DIY / professionals here could elaborate on the two products listed above and mention what the options are for the accessories - I'll keep learning what I need to because the road ahead is busy! - Thanks
