I'm about to install 30 sheets of 4x8 advantech subfloor (T&G). Based on my 16oc joist spacing and advantechs instructions thats 43 screws per board or 1290 screws total. That's a lot of screwing.

I could do it with my cordless drill and impact driver or...

My local HD stocks a Ridgid collated subfloor screw gun for $99. It gets mixed reviews. And b/c there is no gun extension, I'd be working on my knees.

I looked online and Senco makes a corded collated subfloor screw gun for $200. This one comes with an extension which allows you to work standing up. And lots of good reviews.

Both of these guns can be used to install drywall as well. When they rate guns for subfloor usage does it have more power to drive through the subfloor material?

I will have to use these guns again, b/c I will be installing more subfloors in the future.

Does anyone have experience with either of these guns?

I bought a used senco for drywall work. It's unreal how much faster it is. I wish I had it when I did the subflooring in my kitchen, even without the extension. It's the tool I didn't know I needed until I bought it.

I'm looking through senco's website and it looks like they sell the extension and collation bit (DS320) to attach to certain "power" screw guns. When they say power do they mean corded??

I'd like to step up to a cordless senco screw gun and the DS320 attachment.
