Advice...on this Vice?

Newbie here....I picked a vice for $10.00 on CL last week.I figured I couldn't go wrong for $10.00.Can anybody give me any info or links on a Fulton vice,it also has NO 51 on the side,it swivels with one boltdown.Looks very much like Prentis vice.I am going to restore this vice for practice before I restore my three Wiltons.Any info is welcome.

Why would you buy a "vice"?
Most people have plenty of them.
Smoking, drinking, swearing, gambling, etc.
Now a "vise", I can understand buying.
You can never have too many vises.
