My elderly customer broke their new garden sprayer and I’ve rigged it up something good except I need to reinforce where the bronze meets the rubber so it’ll stay together as tight as possible. Water leaking won’t be an issue but I need it to stay together. What method would you all use? I was thinking about some sort of heavy duty shrink wrap type stuff but I’m not even sure that’s a thing. Thoughts?
By the way you should see how cheaply made this turd is, there was a thin walled piece of like 1/2” pvc pipe within holding these two pieces together, complete garbage but they’re nice old folks so I like helping them. Personally I like the tried and true brass adjustable twist sprayer, haven’t changed in decades and will outlive the owner.
