I’m looking for advise on a general polymers flooring system. Here is what the rep has purposed. This is for 1000 square Feet garage wood working shop.

Primer would be 3569 pigmented (comes in fives). You would need 5 gallons.

2nd coat: 3746 Pigmented Epoxy 9-12 gallons.

Flakes 80 – 120 pounds.

3rd coat: 3746 Clear Epoxy 9-12 gallons.

Topcoat: GP 4638 Clear Urethane at 350 sq. ft. per gallon.

Looks to be in the ballpark. We offer BondTite primer and LiquaTile body coat in 3 gallon and 3 quart kits which allows you to fine tune the quantities a bit more which can save you a few bucks. For a full rejection flake distribution we would recommend a bit more flakes but 120lbs might be OK.

Chip Floor - Full Flake
