Hi all, been away for a while but now I'm back, Ive had the luck to drop on an old Aerograph compressor for only £49 (about 70 bucks) recently but cant find any information on them, the compressor has been fitted to a later tank and motor, the tank was made in 1961 but I think the compressors older.

Mine is a type 224 twin cylinder, it has an approx 1/4" tee piece from the top of the cylinder heads to a threaded fitting, however I cannot find where the fitting should connect to. there is a damaged pipe fitting on the tank but this looks like the outlet connection.

Can anyone help please with any info

cheers guys

If you get a chance, could you please post more pics of that egg shaped air filter? Maybe pull it for cleaning and take a few pics? I'd be curious if its actually got a paper filter element inside or how its supposed to work and if possible who made it. It definitely adds a cool look to the compressor.
