After Initial post - URL

After I created my initial post I tried to add more pictures. I updated my post then selected " image" at that time a box appeared in lefthand corner asked to enter URL address? Not sure what they are asking? It would not allow me to upload file from computer via Browse.

Try clicking on the advance post button, from there scroll down to attach files/manage attachments.
