Time to replace the HF cheap-o version. Looking for recommendations.
By the way, most of the dual chucks have grooves that lock onto the valve stem threads to keep them in place, rather than making you push them the whole time you are filling the tire. The drawback they have is that it then becomes harder to disengage them. On a small tire, like a hand truck tire, it can be a scramble to get the chuck disengaged before you get too much air in the tire. On big tires, a few seconds doesn't matter much.
The Milton 506 I have does not work that way ... I have to hold it firmly onto the valve to inflate. I bought the Craftsman one almost ten years ago. Works perfectly, is accurate. I don't like the dual ones like above since they don't fit on one of my cars.
