Air Compressor Advice

Hey guys - need some compressor advice. Found a used Bel Aire Model 6061. 3.5 Hp with 60 gal tank. Guy wants $325 for it. What do ya think? Uses will be general home shop and some limited body work/paint. Specs say 12.3 cfm at 90 psi.

Can you see it operate before you buy? If so and it sound good make an offer.

If you are picking it up from his house make sure they are working.

Also $300 sound reasonable, if everything is functional and in decent shape.
