air compressor aftercooler-cooling

I'm rebuilding a DeVilBiss 2 stage 432 compressor, 5hp. 220 v, have ordered a Hayden 1290 trans oil cooler to aftercool the discharge air before the tank. I have 2 12v radiator fans, new, that I ordered for a different project. thinking about using one to cool the aftercooler, but am a bit stumped about what to transform the 220v to 12v 7 amp. I see several off-shore LED transformer/drivers on the interweb rated to 15 and 20 amps, for $20-$50. I also have a benchtop 12v 15 amp power supply ($100) that I'd rather not tie up powering the fan, any thoughts? should I be looking at a 220v fan instead?
Thanks

That should do.

In the only town in Pennsylvania, Bloomsburg.
You could mount the Hayden in front of the compressor flywheel. Be aware the DB 1290 is oversized for a 5 HP, the 1260 would be perfect; the 1290 would be perfect for a 7HP compressor. If you go with the 1290, your air will be at ambient 2/3 of the way down the 1290 coils mounted as above.

There are probably any number of dead computers at the local Goodwill with power supplies able to provide what you need.

There should be upwards of 20A available on the 12V rail of a decent computer power supply. Gaming rigs from the early 2000s on are real power hogs.

So a short update, the screaming deal on the Hayden 1290 for $100 didn't quite materialize, it shipped and ended up in Germany instead of Canada. Fortunately Ebay/Paypal refunded. So I ordered a Hayden 1260. Its 12" X 24" I think I'm gonna try mounting it in front of the driven pulley, and check temperatures before I spend $ on some fans. Has anyone thought about moving the unloader closer to the pump to save blowing off quite so much air every time the compressor shuts down? Or not worth the effort?

Not worth the effort it will still blow off the same amount of air just from the other end of the cooler, the volume doesn't change just because the location of the discharge changes. Just let it blow off.

I wasn’t clear enough, the blowoff line tees off of a check valve at the inlet to the tank, it is this assembly I was thinking of moving back up the line somewhere, but it still may not be a significant amount, just annoying to listen to
