So I got my champion compressor hooked up and running but I noticed I was losing air pressure around a check valve so I re sealed the valve and saw I had a little more leaking from the screw lid of the valve so I removed the lid and the gasket seal was bad but I also found a broken spring in the valve does anyone know where to find a correct spring or a similar replacement valve for a good price I found some but they all looked very different than my valve

Try looking up FAQ guides or best help practices for maintenance for air compressors. They'll be tips about how to mange your check valve. Investing in regular maintenance for your valve will definitely help going forward.
Can’t find a FAQ guide on here even when using search function.

I can get a picture of the spring tonight but it’s prob about 1/2” round and stood about 2 1/2” tall before it broke.

Did you Try a Good Hardware, What I used was A spring from an assortment I got at Tractor supply. Don't think It was that long, But A good Hardware store should have something close.
You ought to be able to buy A whole valve, At Mcmaster Car, under check valves as stated above.
I have Money issues all the time, also more time than Money, So I always take the less costly route.....
