I was given this air compressor and it started and compressed fine. But did notice some leaks from the unload check valve. I have found this on the web. Since I am a little crazy when it comes to things and noises that don't sound right, naturally I had to tear everything apart. Glade I did because found missing bolt that holds one of the reed valves missing. Where it went is a mystery. Doesn't look like it chewed or buggered up the cylinders when it fell off so it must have went out the exit pipe into the tank. However I can't find the doggone pump model number or any identifying number on the pump. If any one out there can tell me what this thing is model etc.. and is it worth rebuilding I would be in great dept. The Motor is rated at 3hp 240VAC and it's current draw is 12AMP at 240VAC

Thanks

Campbell Hausfeld pump, probably late-60s/early-70s vintage.

Can't help you with the pump model number, but if you contact CH customer support or a CH authorized dealer, they can probably help you determine the model number and provide service information.
