Air compressor part?

My compressor crapped out on me and I think this the culprit. Is this the thermal overload switch? Circuit breaker? Where can I get one? This is a hand me down Harbor Freight compressor.

Ive tried a half dozen local shops with no luck at all. Grainer MAY have one.

Jump it out. With an amp clamp check to see if its drawing too much current at max psi setting on the pressure switch. It maybe doing its job (might be time for a new motor or there is a loose motor connection.)
