Air compressor pressure control switch

I think the Air compressor pressure control switch is fried

The pressure control switch is also my on/off switch.
It's "T-eed off" the air tank outlet line

Where would "you" begin to look for a new one, with no idea about the manufacturer?

(older compressor and the name brand sticker is gone)
The compressor patent was issued to Scott & Fetzer in 1977 ...4065237

giving the serial # 01254L 351995 a try...see if I can at least get the manufacturer

Grainger is a good idea. Go with a Square D pressure swith. The Seimens are junk. Just make sure you buy one that doesn't go higher then 175 psi and has an adjustable differential. Gives you more control over your cut in and cut out pressures.

I'd go to my local Fleet Farm and pick up a pressure control switch that matches the existing one the best.

Just have to find the on/off range

I used one of these universal ones on my Speedaire. Wasn't a match but it worked.

I just bought one from northern tool, took about five minutes to switch it out.

just make sure you get the right one, some have a built in bleed off valve to bleed off head pressure, others dont.
