Need help in Identifying this Air Compressor Pump or Possibly a Refrigeration Pump. There is an L in a Square box in the casting, D-790 Made in the USA.
Definitely refrigeration - you can see the footprint for the king valve assemblies on the head. The general overbuilt nature of it indicates refrigeration as well.
I suppose it might also be a high pressure air compressor, but I don't think so.
