Hey guys, does anybody know how to connect a pilot light to an air compressor pressure switch?
This is what I want to do: I want to have a visual indication that the air compressor is "on" when it is not cycling. I have a lighted switch connected to the pressure switch, but the light does not work because the pressure switch cuts power to the switch. Make sense? I'm thinking I need a resistor or relay in the circuit.
This little air compressor I'm working on does not have a check valve/unloader valve, but still works just fine, so I'm not concerned about starting with the pump loaded.
