Air compressor ???

I am looking at a used Kellog air compressor. It is priced cheap because it is 3 phase. I have a 220 volt single phase motor. Can I still use the 3 phase starter box on it?

Yes, just watch the current/HP rating of the starter box compared to the rating of your 1ph motor.
