Air fitting help

Quick question. My shop's air hoses have a quick button disconnect fitting that uses these male fittings

Can someone tell me the "hi-flo" style of those connectors? If there are none available, should I just drill out my connectors?

I don't think you can switch to High flow without changing the type of coupler. Drilling it out may make it weak

That is a T-style fitting. Rated for about 40 SCFM.

If you want hi-flow, you need matching plugs and couplers, such as the Milton V-style
(74 SCFM).

What tool would one be running to need to modify a common connector that is good for double what most tools need?
