Air fitting identification

I bought an used air compressor and it came with these fittings that I have never seen before. That doesn’t mean much since it’s my first big boy compressor but I’d like to know what it is called.

I attached a picture. The ID is about 5/8”

What is it called?

Take one off and take it to a wholesale house and ask them to identify it for you and then make a decision about what size and type fittings you want to use for your system.

IMHO, There are two viable choices either Automotive or Industrial. For what it might be worth, in my shop I have chosen to use the Industrial Style.

Yes, it’s on the outlet. Going to go with something else but have never seen anything like it and it looks really interesting

It looks like a straight, fine thread. Like what youd see on an ORB fitting.

Can you post a pic of what that piece was threaded into?
