depends on what you want to do with it, cheap air hammers are exactly that, cheap. i've got an old air hammer thats fine for ripping sheet metal and other light work, but dont have the power to bust tie rods,ball joints or drive out broken wheel studs. i bought a snapon PH2050 (?) many years ago, and thats what i go for most of the time.
this is one of the tools that you really get what you pay for

More CFM allows you to work longer before you run out of available air pressure.

You need to have the required pressure and CFM to use the tool efficiently.
