The sprayer you linked to puts out a mist by sucking the liquid out of the reservoir into the air stream. A Sure Shot pressurizes the liquid to force it through a nozzle in a stream (or fan spray if you leave the diffuser installed).

The Sure Shot is intended to wash down an area with a flow of liquid. The suction sprayer is designed to apply a mist to soak the area. Once the area is soaked and the oil/grease broken down, do you intend to wash it away with another method or just use the same sprayer more heavily to wet it enough to run off?

you can get refillable pressure cans at your auto parts store. You open the top of the can, put in whatever fluid you want, close it up, then pressurize with compressed air. Then, you can take that can anywhere and use it like a spray can.

I've been planning on doing this for WD 40, etc...just haven't gotten around to it yet.
