I like getting the Bahco bi-metal hacksaw blades from McMaster and cutting them to size with tin snips. Main reason is they have 14 TPI blades. If you're making straight cuts, no need to trim the back contour like a real airsaw blade. Works great for thick materials. Lennox hacksaw blades from HD (18 and 24 TPI) are good too. Since it's a cheaper alternative, you can afford to change blades more often!
