After using the dry ice, heat, chemical methods I am ready to graduate to the reciprocating/vibrating tool method to remove some in car and underbody coatings to do rust repair. HF has decently reviewed versions of both that can be had together for ~$60 My instinct would be to grab um both and see what works (or breaks).

I debated adding the Bosch Oscillating tool to my 18v collection but at $200 I'm not sure it'd get enough use to warrant it.
Any other suggestions before I head to the Chinese Embassy?
