Air shears: Pistol or straight grip?

I'm curious to know which you guys recommend. Santa was good to me and gave me one of each for christmas, but I need to return one of them.

The pistol grip feels more natural, but I'm wondering if the straight grip would offer better control.

I prefer the pistol grip as some times you need to push, but a key question before you decide; is one rated for heavier material than the other?

That would have been my deciding factor, but they are both rated the same.
