Lot's of good ideas here. My girlfriend recently purchased a small floor safe. It came on two steel skids. She asked if I could use them for anything. Duh!

One was bent a bit, so I used the other one. This is the picture of the bent one.

I worked out my little HF drill press pretty good. It took some patience, but I got the holes drilled out, no problem.

Primed.

I painted it with some Rustoleum Engine Enamel that I had in the paint locker.

I put it on the wall with a lag bolt into a stud, and two heavy duty drywall toggles.

The QD's are from HF. I found the nuts and caps at McFadden-Dale.

Loaded up with my HF air tools. :p

I have that air saw and it lacks power to really move much metal. It jams readily and uses a lot of air. I have an electric that can do the job readily. I may have to hunt for a better air saw in the future.
