Air Torq wrenches?

We are using small screw driver torq wrenches preset to 70pounds at work.Is their a small air powered air torq wrench offered?
They have talked about electric. Maybe a air ratchet then finish it with our screw driver torqs?

The torque required to activate the clutch is adjustable, so if you end up using one of these you'll want to have a torque-meter to check that it is set properly before using it in production.
