FNG here lol, i am a aircraft mechanic constantly on the hunt for tools, new/used. If you guys see any great deals, plz let me know!
What type aircraft do you work on. I've been turning a wrench on planes for the last 30 years and you can never have enough tools.
Hey,

What more than a BFH and safety wire pliers do you need to work

on airplanes ? (Ha !)

Uncle Bob (Crusty old Navy plane captain.)

Uncle Bob what were you a PC on. I'm retired Navy. I was a AD and Flight Engineer. Worked on F14's, C130's, Test Cell operator, E6A (707) mech and Flight Engineer. Had a blast would've stayed in longer if they didn't make me retire after 21 years.

Started out in 67, and by 69 I was married and a p/c on a

P-2V Neptune (I said 'crusty', I meant it. Graduated into

P-3A some time in the late 70's. Went to a lot of places

and had a lot of "experiences". Once, going thru a storm,

we had a fireball (lightning) go down the tube and blow the

tail light fixture off the stinger !
