Alarm for shop

My shop is a 30x40 with a 20' gable extension. It has 1 entry door and 2 roll up doors. I would like to put a small, non monitored alarm system in it. non monitored as It doesn't have a stable internet connection. Most intruders will take off at the sound of the alarm.
Was thinking about one entry alarm and a motion detector as I'm not sure how you would put sensors on a roll up door. Any recommendations?

We have SimpliSafe in our house. Very happy w/ it. You can order any of the parts you want and there are 3(?) monitoring levels plus no monitoring.

You could order just a base, a motion sensor, a siren, and a key pad. If later you want to add another sensor just call them and you will have it in a few days. All the sensors attach w/ the 'Command' type tape.
