I used one exactly like that in 1981. I just came across the spare tips deep in an unused toolbox drawer.
I remember that it was incredibly inefficient and loud and dusty and I have no idea where mine is now, so I must have tossed it with prejudice.
I was just given a tabletop blasting cabinet with the same siphon gun and a bunch of grit, so the previous owner didn’t like it either.

I hav a Sears version, probably from the seventies or eighties. It sort of works, but is no substitute for a real engine driven sandblaster.

Slow and dirty, but given enough time, patience, and media it can clean things up.

Be prepared to be cleaning media out of your ears for a while.

I don’t use it much now that I have a cabinet.

Use it only outside.
