Does anyone here have a set of these? http://www.suncoasttools.com/shop/alden.wrench.html

I bought a 3pc metric set while traveling this week, I do not think I will regret it either. I plan on buying the like sized standards in the future.

If you have a set, or experience with these wrenches I would like to know your thoughts.

The pic in the photo looks a bit deceiving. If I knew nothing of these wrenches I would be the first here to say they look cheesy based on the pics. The pics just do not do these wrenches justice, made of stainless, they look and feel down right official when you are holding them.

UB, they look interesting. Let us know how they work out for you.

I picked the set up and looked at them in a big tool store south of Wichita earlier this week. After I thought about them overnight I decided to drive back and get them the next day. Made in China, but look and feel very high quality, in fact you would never guess it without a label, these are stainless steel and shine as if they were chromed.

Yep I have both mm and sae sets. Bought them at a Napa about seven years ago. They dont get allot of use (I usually forget I have them) but when I find an application and put them into action they perform very well.

I just bought the 3 pc metric set on craigslist for $5.
He listed just the 10-12mm, and I was prepared to pay $5 for just one wrench. Instead, he gave me the whole set!
I'll try them to see if they only need to be turned 30*
There is a line down the center of the open end, which looks likes where it was stamped.

There's a guy at one of the local swap meets that always seems to have some. IIRC he wants about $7.50 each. They look well made but I wasn't too interested at that price.

I have not used mine yet, I only bought them last week. I like the fact that they look and feel quality, and are made of stainless steel.
