So most of you know that I have been cleaning my shed out that I just bought to turn into my shop. And I come across some pretty neat thing. But I hit the jack pot here guys.

I came across a Comic Book Collection. I went through the box and 41 of them were in a sealed box. They were each in their own plastic case. There is over 200 total. I took just the 41 in the plastic to get appraised. Appraised over 3500 Dollars!!! Here are some pictures.

I remember a story I heard years ago about an investor who purchased a home from the children of a deceased couple. In the process of a remodel he removed a light fixture from the dining room only to discover that the antique fixture was worth more than he paid for the entire property. Can't say if it was true or not but the source was reliable. Seems like you could be headed in that direction. Keep digging!

I bought the property from a guy's son. His dad died and left the property for his son. His son wanted nothing to do with it. He said everything left there, goes with it. And Im sure there will be more.

Damn. Which comics from the set did the appraiser say were the most valuable? I used to be into comics big time many moons ago, and I am surprised by the appraisal.

There are many out of the 41 that were appraised from 100 to 300 dollars. The last picture of that comic with the duck was appraised at 600 to 900 dollars itself.

I am Billy Barkman and I want my comics back!

I'd be selling all that stuff and building the shop or paying on the home loan. Wouldn't it be great to find a bunch of stuff, sell it and basically have your home free and clear from the sale of items left behind?

Are you planning to sell them or keep them?

I have a bunch of early Detective comics, which appraised at over $1000, unfortunately the comic book market has taken a dump, and there are no buyers at the appraised value right now.

Great find! Don't discount the ones that weren't in sleeves, there may be a treasure that someone missed tucked away.

Was the deceased Father's estate, so large $$$$ that thousands in comic books and whatever else you find, meant nothing, to the Son ?

And yes, I know I ****, lol.

And I think the son just thought it was to much work to even care of. There is another building full of stuff (not quite as full as this shed) that I havent even been in yet.

Im planning on selling them. I just hoping to get, maybe, 4 to 500 bucks. I just want to get rid of them to be honest.

Gotta remember, For every pound of gold I find in this shed, there is also 100 pounds worth of **** too, lol.

100-1, when you have 100,000 punds of ****, still means a decent lot of gold!

nice find. Most old buildings are full of **** barely worth the trouble to haul out back and set on fire.

Okay guys, it's going to happen right before our eyes; bound to happen real soon as Sgreve32x gets into investigating the contents of the other shed. No doubt about it, he'll probably pull a tarp off a pristine Bugatti Atlantic or a Tucker Torpedo. lol

Its right under 1 acre. There is a 3 bedroom house. I had the house completely remodeled. The shed I am working on, Im planning on fixing up. The shed is 45 wide by 75 long. And the smaller shed is 30 wide, 40 long. Im turning the big one into my shop and the smaller one will be my man cave.

What you call a shed is drastically out of whack with what most people call them. Unless you are talking inches or something!

I just bought a "shed" it is 12x16. My SHOP, now that is 28x28. Just sayin'....

Oh, and you ****! But I can imagine all the **** that you had to find to get to the "good stuff"...

You got a build thread?
