all in one tool kits

Im looking for what is available in the way of complete toolkits in a blow moulded case looking for something containing atleast 1/2 inch drive sockets upto 32 mm hammer selection of pliers spanners and so on ive seen this which looks fairly complete but cant find a stockist in Europe if anyone can help

Ive already got socket sets i want something all in one as dont really want loose tools so when its in the truck its clean and self contained and when its a tractor theres no loose stuff and its all kept together when changing machines frequently

Those types of kits are usually aimed at Joe Homeowner and will not cover the width of range you desire. Nor will they be of a pro level quality in most cases.

The Wurth rep brought around a kit of higher end Euro tools of a more limited range but a good general use selection. All metric if memory serves. I really liked all but the price tag. Well over 6,000 pesos. (Mexican pesos)

That was about two years ago I think. I'd still love to have it.

I have the Husky Pro set but it is made by Stanley tools, and I have seen this same kit on Amazon but branded Stanley tools for less than 100.00.

In USA agree this is more likely to be cheap quality for DIY housework type stuff. The Euro kits at all price levels seem to have more specialty stuff. But the good stuff is out ther if needed.

Think the OP is wanting those complete tool sets like military get in the Pelican cases. They have foam cutouts where every tool goes.

Those are something like $1100 to $1500 USD used . . . and $2500 new !!! Forgot the name, but someone will chime in.

the armstrong kits are called general mechanics tool kit or GMTK. Should be 600-800.00 used. Used they will almost always be missing th fluke meter and leatherman. I have one and it is excellent.

Yeah i am in the uk, that Armstrong kit looks amazing but think its a bit big for a tractor cab that gedore set is about what im looking

Ive done some more research for thoose of you that are interested and have come across the toptul sets now just to choose one so far its a tossup between

Toptul seems like a great choice for this application ! You don't want to be scared to leave an expensive kit unattended, but you want good tolerances and heat treatment. A very high quality taiwan kit is a goldilocks for this application. Thanks for posting it up.

Yeah thats why I started looking ive always bought midrange tools would never pay high end prices for the warranty as there is a far higher chance of tools getting lost before there worn out or broken and a waranty doesn't cover that im now just looking for a stockist in the uk for the toptul sets as there availability seems reasonably limited here

Probably a convenient way to go but to me half the fun is researching and seeking out the ideal individual tools for my needs/wants. I have SK USA Socket sets, extra ratchets from all over the globe and screwdrivers, pliers and wrenches from throughout Europe and the US.
