I've been completely revamping my website this last week.

If you've looked at it before, it's now NOTHING like it was.

It didn't get "a little tune up." It got a complete overhaul (with still more changes planned) ... and now the public perception of PSC can match the reality of the last 13 years. It was time to finally be ME.

Come sit down on my stool and check it out! Comments, bug reports and suggestions are welcome and appreciated.

If you have no idea why you're reading this, know one thing right now.

I plan to knock your socks off. < wink > Feel free to get a teaser if you want.

Is the coating poly or do you also offer ceramic?
Looking to add heat protection to Harley exhaust shields.

Tsk tsk, you didn't read the all-important FAQ (just teasin you!!)

I restrict it to Cerakote's ceramic clears here (using them on items I polish and buff mainly).

The only expensive things about high temp ceramics are shipping the parts back and forth and material cost (roughly $150 a quart). A little bit goes a long way, and leftovers are best stored in your refrigerator.

If you have an HVLP gun with a .08 mm tip (+/- $20 on ebay), the means to blast, wash, dry and hang up the exhaust parts, you can do it yourself (and coordinate prep with friends / club members who can ALL split the cost!!!) and save a $hitload of money. Call me and I can walk you through the basics.

Please note everyone the new easy clickable Quote Form I created and added last night didn't even get out of the burn out box. Test #1 showed it needs to first be converted to a .pdf (whooooops lol) so it will be getting fixed today.

Hey, I'm a metal finisher, not a computer guru LOL!!! I'm trying to make it easy.

@69charged, THANK YOU for that! My goals of finally hopefully conveying this is much more than just a "job" to me and the impact my new site made on you is precisely what I'm aiming for.

You've been on board for a long time and your opinions are gold to me @Zeke !!!

You didn't stroll too far though. There's an antique Weiand SBC cross ram featured bigly about halfway down the home page. For a rare local guy with a Chevy II, he emailed pics and hadn't noticed the distributor port was cracked. He had a friend weld it up and then brought it here.

It's the 4th serious intake reconstruction this year, and only two were Mopars.
Knowing a bad question doesn't exist, I work on most everything that will fit a 7' (6'9" working height) x 4' x 3' oven. Dash / motorcycle frames, rear end housings, etc., are about as big as I do. Quality Control comes into question on large parts so I set my limits very early on. (Being 5'0 @ 112 is also a personal limitation.)

Thanks for checking it out darlin!!

Thanks @619DioFan!!

The closest thing to a formal Shop Tour was an unforgettable experience when Katie Poletti came over with her "Beauty's Got Muscle" crew in 2011. I have the first 3+ minutes of this segment.

Another redhead, we definitely hit it off and her interview questions were surprising. It was great!!!

The shop has changed a lot since then, progressively filling up with Billy Projects & Their Parts. I'm bummed to admit it would be a hazard to try to film in there these days.

In site news, just last night I stumbled on a terrific rookie-based tutorial that's going to delay the formal unveiling ... but will allow me to greatly streamline the viewer's experience and (hopefully) make it much easier to locate what you're looking for.

In the meantime, you early readers can use the secret Promo Code GJ15 somewhere in your contact email and enjoy a 15% discount while you wait for me to get the website done.
