Allen Ratcheting Wrenches

Wondering if another manufacturer made Allen branded ratcheting wrenches? If so who was it and any guesses at COO?

Apex Tool Group has a lot of brands and I'm guessing a lot of factories or factory contracts.

I'm thinking COO would likely be China or Taiwan.

The ones I have are Taiwan.

I have a set of Allen Box end ratchets, they are US. Do not equate US with quality in this case, they are pretty crappy.
