Alliance Epoxy Coat discount

Can anyone confirm that the Epoxy-Coat 10% and free shipping discount still applies for alliance members? I was going to join since I am about to place an order with them and it would save me more than the $50 memebrship cost.
I emailed and asked if they had any free shipping codes and they told me there are no free shipping promotions available at this time so I wanted to confirm if this is still valid. Thanks
