Densify & seal my new power troweled garage floor. Having a heck of a time finding someone near the 30269 zip code to do that.

The query about this company was the result of a conversation with someone who does high end coatings of concrete floors.

It didn't appear that this company has a densifyer product in their line of materials but I'm running out of airspeed and ideas.

I don't want to do a DIY on this job. It's over 2700 square feet divided into two larger rooms and a bathroom. I want the concrete treated in all these spaces.

Best regards,

Scott

Hi
You may want to try our SPGX. It's clear, rolls out with little, if any prep and runs with GJ discount around 35 cents/ ft.

If you can find a handyman or janitorial company, we can coach them through this process. We have done this for many companies here in Orlando.

Thanks guys...

I do appreciate this.

However, I don't want to be a contractor, responsible for supplying materials and equipment. ...and answering questions about how to do this procedure.
I don't know what I don't know.

Are either of your products available within 30 miles or so of where I live (zip code 30269)? That's part of the issue, I will need enough product but I don't want to have a gallons of leftover material. I believe it would be imperative to have the ability to fetch more material if that became necessary.

Mainly I'm astonished that it has been almost impossible to hire someone - knowledgeable - to do this. I mean, I'm 25 miles from Atlanta, GA. It's not like I'm not in a major metropolitan area.

Best regards,

Scott

We will prescribe enough within a gallon. You don't want to be running out for material during a job.

This is one of the easiest application processes you can do and very easy to explain to others.
