Hello gang.
I recently joined the forum and PrivateLugnutz led me to this section after I had made a couple posts.
My story....
I worked for Easco/KD Tools (aka Danaher Tool Group) from May of 1988 until our facility was shut down in December of 2010. I supervised the Return Tools Department the entire time as well as the Receiving department the last few years.
I was responsible for overseeing customer returns to insure that the customer's credits were done in a timely manner. I was also solely responsible for end user's 'repairs' that were sent in.
I always had an interest in the history side of it. So much in fact, I finally started a page on social media for the brand. There may even be a few of you on here that are on my page.
I had been doing some research a few months ago and kept running across threads on this forum. I took the time to read some of it and told myself I would have to join this forum. So here I am.
