I started this project last September. Ending up having shoulder surgery so it took longer than planned. The first picture is what it looked like last year, I had done a little demo work. I screwed the decking on the small balcony from the bottom so there are no visible fasteners.

I still have to finish the bathroom.

The upstairs was for the wife.

Nice work Slednut. It's a great feeling knowing what you can accomplish, not to mention saving a TON of money!

How'd your shoulder turn out? Rotator Cuff I assume.
