Above 1200 Sq/FT Almost Finished

48X24 plus 28X24 upstairs 2 9ft and a 10 ft door,,,all done in 12 years as a retirement job for the wife and I.We live in Newfoundland Canada 26 acres on the ocean,,lots of more work to do.all 2x6 walls insulated and electric heat,floors are 6 inches thinking of a 4 post lift as i have 7 vehicles that is a lot of oil changes and maintance,,,i worked as a Mechanic for 40 years retired at 55, 7 years ago

Really nice building. Mine is 48W x 30D but my 2nd floor is only 12W x 30D with cathedral ceiling over the remaining 36' . I should have made the 2nd floor 24W x 30D and the cathedral just over the last 24'.
