We are ready to begin. original 16 x28 is being taken down next week and digging dirt the following week. the new garage will measure 34 wide 30 deep ten foot walls, with higher pitch for descent storage ,but cannot justify a real room. 3 foot wall space then wifes 9 foot garage door, then 3 foot space between "my" 9 foot door then 10 foot shop space. lots lights and outlets, front space will have a bathroom/shower. and more shop space , off the back is a 20x12 she shed /casual area/guest area. I plan on doing my wood furniture restoration place and eventually back to Studebaker resto work, 1960 Hawk, and 1963 avanti powered lark as second project, this will be my last garage project, been without all my stuff in one place for almost 4 years ! At 56 , i have finally realize i cannot do it all.,having the outside put up for me ,i do the inside. been quoted approximately $35K, we are able to keep the 16x28 floor, Do you all recommend a drain in the wifes side ? is the cost realistic, Sided. roofed ,doors , ect,,,,Nervous ,but excited
